You may recognize SCOTT from the skiing, cycling, or motocross world. Well, they make pretty fantastic shoes also. This year SCOTT has really updated their platform and improved their overall shoe design. They have really hit the ball out of the park with their super-fast Race Rocker & ruggedly awesome Grip2.
The Race Rocker is build on their proprietary eRide™ Technology that assists with engergy transfer if you are a heel striker and provides a nice landing angle for you mid- or forefoot strikers. It is light weight and has a 5mm drop. You will probably go too fast in these.
If you are looking to hit the trails, SCOTT offers a full line of Trail Shoes also. My favorite is the eRide Grip2.They are a tremendous blend of form and function and are gauranteed to get you noticed on the trails.
